The hotel is situated in a perfect location right at the edge of the old town of Klagenfurt, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The rooms are big and clean, although the duvets and pillows could use some improvement as they feel quite lumpy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience.
